Human Resource Planning including job analysis, hiring candidates and training & development. Design workplace policies, schemes for performance monitoring and conflict management. Oversee statutory compliances like Gratuity,PF and other regulations.
Required Candidate profile
Engineering Graduate / Post Graduate with full-time MBA(HR) from a reputed institution with good communication skills, with experience in IT / manufacturing companies
UG : B.Sc – Physics, Computers, Statistics, Electronics, B.B.A/ B.M.S – Management, LLB – Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization
PG : MBA/PGDM – HR/Industrial Relations
