Customer Support Coordinator

Experience: 1 – 2 year

Job description

  • Maintain the Complaints and handle the Ticket Management System.
  • Generate reports for region/customers on a need basis.
  • Timely response to the customers/marketing team regarding the raising issues/clarifications.

Required Candidate profile

  • Basic knowledge of Data entry
  • Excellent communication skills and Hindi added advantage.
  • Good Knowledge of Excel, and Google sheets.
  • Perform basic mailing activities.
  • Perform basic computer activities

Education
UG :B.Sc in Maths, Physics, Computers, Statistics, Electronics, BCA in Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, B.B.A/ B.M.S in Any Specialization
PG :MBA/PGDM in Marketing
