Experience: 1 – 2 year
- Maintain the Complaints and handle the Ticket Management System.
- Generate reports for region/customers on a need basis.
- Timely response to the customers/marketing team regarding the raising issues/clarifications.
Required Candidate profile
- Basic knowledge of Data entry
- Excellent communication skills and Hindi added advantage.
- Good Knowledge of Excel, and Google sheets.
- Perform basic mailing activities.
- Perform basic computer activities
UG :B.Sc in Maths, Physics, Computers, Statistics, Electronics, BCA in Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, B.B.A/ B.M.S in Any Specialization
PG :MBA/PGDM in Marketing
