MCMFT is built around Dual Processor architecture. It uses High speed DSP along with 16-bit ADC offering high-speed communication without compromising on the computational accuracy. Each Energy monitoring system (EMS) can monitor a maximum of 8 feeders, with individual PT and CT configuration. It monitors voltage, current, power factor, power and energy. Basic inputs to the module are voltage from PT and current from CT. Time and demand scheduling features facilitate peaking management and ABT penalty reduction for power utilities.
