Technological advances in the field of communication and other allied engineering have been rapid. Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Very large Scale Integration (VLSI) and Embedded Systems form the backbone for current technological advances in most fields of engineering, be it Communications, Networking, Multi-media, Automobile, Aviation or Entertainment. Unfortunately, Universities are not able to cope up with the fast and ever changing requirements of Industries leading to a gap between “What is taught in the Universities” and “What is required by the Industries”. Training & Staffing Services was born to bridge this gap.

Taking this initiative forward, entered the field of setting up of customised full facility laboratories in Colleges and Institutes of higher learning on a consultancy and implementation basis. The first such Lab was set up at the Defence Institute of Advanced Technology. Subsequently, similar initiatives were undertaken at several colleges. Presently, setting up of an advanced lab is in progress in Chennai. has also supplied specialsed Lab equipment to more than 250 colleges and some corporates like HCL Technologies (Pondicherry ), Premier Evolvics (Coimbatore), Nest Cyber (Trivandrum), Perfect Solutions (Hyderabad) etc.
